When you host a party or workshop you can purchase this host exclusive set from the 2015-2016 Annual Catalog using your host rewards! It's not available any other way (other than placing a giant order of your own! ;) I love this set because you can use the Happy Birthday sentiment all on its own or you can choose to build on it with the words provided like I did with these cards I made when the set was first available.
